• The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

Sources and categories of personal data processed

• The controller processes the personal data you have provided when registering for and using the discussion forum.
• The administrator processes your email and name/nickname.

Lawful reason and purpose for processing personal data

• The lawful reason for processing personal data is the basic functionality of the discussion forum. For example, it is necessary for the function of the discussion forum to send notification messages to your e-mail, and it is also necessary to mark your posts with at least your nickname.
• There is no automatic individual decision-making by the controller within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

• The administrator retains personal data for the duration of the functionality of the discussion forum or until you request deletion of your data.

• The recipients of personal data are persons involved in the operation of the discussion forum.
• The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organisation.

• You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that your right to data protection has been violated.

• The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.
• The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form.
• The controller declares that only persons authorised by the controller have access to the personal data.
